BellyFlopper Order Form

So you want to join the Flopper Family? You’ve come to the right place! The family is 96 strong, and we’d love to have you!

Unless otherwise stated, BellyFlopper orders are always open, and there is no limit to the number of orders you can make (just please fill out an individual form for each order)! Prices are listed below and include taxes and shipping costs^*!

You are welcome to order just the badge, which is $30.00, which also gets you a .png file of your final Flopper artwork to use as you please (such as for social media icons or phone backgrounds)!

The Partial Package costs $40.00, which gets you a .png file of your final Flopper artwork as well as a badge, a sticker, two mini stickers, and a 2.25″ button!

The Full Package costs $50.00, which gets you a .png file of your final Flopper artwork as well as a badge, two stickers, five mini stickers, a 2.25″ button, and a 1.5″ acrylic square keyring!

Invoices not paid within three (3) days of receipt will be canceled, and the order form will need to be filled out again to reestablish your place in the queue.
